We recruit across the board — herd managers, farm assistants, contract milkers — from within New Zealand and, through the National Trade Academy, from overseas with trained, visa-qualified candidates. Through this work, George saw and understands the challenges businesses face when it comes to recruitment, HR, navigating immigration and people management.
